All content included on this site, such as apparel designs, graphics, logos, images, text, and overall brand aesthetic is the exclusive property of DKA Studios and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, our products, our designs, or any contact on the website without express written permission from us.
Brand Identity: The DKA Studios name, logos, and related brand concepts are proprietary to our business. Unauthorized commercial use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
2. Products, Pricing, and Availability
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Limited Runs: Many of our releases are produced in limited quantities. We do not guarantee the restock of any item once it has sold out.
Accuracy of Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
3. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are packaged and shipped from our facilities in Ontario, Canada.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from DKA Studios are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
Customs and Duties: For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes levied by the destination country.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall DKA Studios, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
